Tileable cut rock material

I created a lot of tileable materials for Hubris. I implemented a cheaper triplanar solution which does not consume 3 extra texture samplers. This allowed use to keep our pixel costs a lot lower and practically allowed us to use this feature on almost every tileable material in the game. Using triplanar ensures that every material has the right scale and the artist does not have to worry about UVs.
